WBBZ-TV Celebrates Dyngus Day!
WBBZ-TV celebrates Buffalo’s rich Polish American traditions every week on “Polka Buzz” Sunday mornings at 11:30am, and Sunday nights at 7pm when host Ronnie D. welcomes top Polka bands for WNY’s Dance Party.
Now, WBBZ-TV is proud to support “Dyngus Day” events in Buffalo Monday April 17th.
Recently, “Dyngus Day” parade organizer Bernadette Pawlak appeared on “Daily Buzz 716” to talk about the traditions and events of the day, including the big Monday parade that kicks off at 5pm in the Polonia District, on the East side of Buffalo.

Dyngus Day always falls on the Monday after Easter. In 2017, Dyngus Day will take place on Monday, April 17th. Activities in the Buffalo-Niagara region have expanded to one week of events.
